2. Age Requirement

3. Products and Prices
- Product descriptions, images and specifications — including puff counts, battery details and nicotine strength — are supplied by the manufacturer. We aim to keep them accurate, but colours, packaging and minor details may vary, and images are illustrative.
- All products are subject to availability, and we may limit the quantity you can order.
- Prices are shown in AUD or USD depending on the currency you select, and include GST where applicable. The total charged is the one confirmed at checkout. We may change prices and promotions at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
4. Orders, Payment and Delivery
- A confirmation email means we have received your order — it is not acceptance of it. We may refuse or cancel an order where the details provided are incomplete or incorrect, payment cannot be verified, the product is unavailable, we cannot confirm you meet the age requirement, or the order appears fraudulent or would breach applicable law. If we cancel, we refund any amount paid in full.
- Payment must be authorised before we dispatch. We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard — see our Payment Policy.
- Shipping charges, dispatch times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not a guarantee.
- Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you once we have received payment in full.
5. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, and all return requests are reviewed by our customer service team.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or restricts any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. Where a guarantee applies and is not met, you are entitled to a remedy — a refund, a replacement or a repair — and that entitlement does not depend on our approval.

We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow the product instructions or any warning on the packaging.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
